From its beginning, Rose Valley attracted people who appreciated an opportunity to showcase their creative talents in their living environment. One of those residents was William Price, who founded Rose Valley and designed many of the buildings in the village. A celebrated architect, Price believed that homes should be designed to fit the life one lived. He thought that beauty came not from the architect's design, but from "the fitness of purpose, place, and materials." We have followed his example and created homes that incorporate a palette of colors and materials that blend with their surroundings.
